We use the Compcare system VIntermodal. We have had no problems and get great customer service from them. I thought the price was reasonable. I have seen other systems out there and they all have something that I like, but overall the Compcare system is very reliable. |

We use VIntermodal Manager by Compcare Services. This application works well with all our terminals, but it has been customized and tweaked until it was exactly what we wanted. Their customer service is also very good. Pricing is comparable to other applications on the market especially considering its functionality and the fact that it is customized to our particular needs. We use if for dispatching, driver pay and invoicing - all one application. |

We are still using Compcare.We have developed a very strong relationship and are very pleased with their service.
Earlier this year, we did look around at other softwares, trying to get a better understanding of how other companies programs work.
We are just really happy with what we have, their customer service is wonderful and they are always making updates to make their software better.We think we are getting a great service for what we are paying. |

I currently us Vintermodal by Compcare and its great. The filters scheme allows you to do wonderful things. It’s a system that with proper training you can discover all the great things that’s it has to offer. We have not experienced major problems with our daily operations due to remote log in to the server allowing our buddy’s over at Compcare to remotely log in to our server at any giving time and fix whatever glitch we might be experiencing at the moment that it occurs and that’s great when it comes to cost why’s as far as IT’s are concerned and well of course there is a monthly fee to have this service but its workable. Overall price for this system is not to bad giving the fact that you just reduced cost in a number of things because of the power the systems gives you to be able to view and able to react to potential out of pocket expenses such as demurrage, storage, etc. |

We are still using Comp-care. It works good. We have never had any problems with them. Their pricing is competitive. I’m not sure about the other dispatch software out there. This is all we have. |

We have been with Compcare for 15 years plus and they have evolved with us very well. They are very responsive to our needs and do allot of custom programming for us at a very reasonable cost.
I have not really looked at any other systems for many years so I am not real familiar with the others. The Compcare program has worked well for us. |

I am working with Compcare Services. Price wise, I think they are great with everything they are giving me. The customer service has been fabulous. Joel Katz has gone out of his way for me. We have not gone online yet. There have been things holding us up but not on CompCare Services part. |

I don't know much about the other software out there.Yes Compcare - I do know I love what I got. Support is great, updated yearly, and the people listen and give you what you want.I feel pricing is very fair, we use EDI for a few customers and the service fee is minimal as far as I'm concern. |

I have used TL2000 which was a nightmare.
We use CompCare, and I love them. Their system allowed us to customize our dispatch screens to work efficiently for exactly what we do. Their customer service is excellent. I consider their pricing to be average with their competition. Their system is so user friendly that it is very easy to train new employees how to use it in a minimal amount of time. It is very user friendly, and if you make a mistake, you can easily correct it without an act of congress. It can do so many things, they really should use me as a salesman because I could go on and on about them. CompCare has done some really awesome things with their product, and they keep upgrading it which has allowed me to focus on other important issues which has enhanced my business |

In my opinion, there are very few intermodal dispatch software products out there that are tailored to the international ocean market. Most are focused on the domestic intermodal market or truckload. I did demos with Profit Tools and Trinium in the past 6 months. Profit Tools isn’t a fit for international ocean. Trinium has a nice system, many good features for international ocean. I know many large carriers here in California have signed up with Trinium.
We recently signed up with Compcare Services for their Intermodal Manager software system. We made this decision about a month ago and are still developing the system. We plan to go live sometime in the spring. I chose Compcare because their system seemed to give us almost 100% of what we wanted and is very easily tailored to our needs. The staff there is excellent. It was between Compcare and Trinium, and in the end I picked Compcare because I thought it was a better fit for us.
We are still using Fleet Manager currently. It is a good system for a smaller company. We’ve started to out-grow it. The company that runs it, Microplus Solutions does a good job. They’ve been great to work with, but our needs are starting to grow, and the system won’t handle them. It’s a good starter system – not costly, reliable and basic. |
